If software does not perform as advertised, please notify Technical Support within 72 hours of purchase. SpectorSoft customer support staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 772-770-5670, and will do their best to make sure the product performs properly. If you have notified Technical Support within 72 hours of purchase, and they are unable to resolve the issue within 3 days of your notification you will be eligible for FULL refund.
