Q: Can I get next day delivery?
A: Yes, but only on rentals. Call (630) 578-1144 for next day delivery.

Q: How do I get my security deposit returned to me?
A: If you use a credit card or PayPal for payment, Unfaithfully Yours will credit the account, and if you ORDER BY MAIL Unfaithfully Yours will mail a check.

Q: What is Price Buster and how does it work?
A: If you see the same product priced lower on another Web site let us know and we’ll try our best to match it.

Q: Can I have my purchase/rental shipped to my work or friends address?
A: Yes, just enter the address in the (Bill To) section and your device will be shipped to that address.

Q: I don’t want my partner to see the credit card bill. Can I purchase/rent without using a credit card?
A: Yes, fill out the ORDER BY MAIL form and mail it with check or money order to Unfaithfully Yours.

Q: If I purchase/rent a product how will it show up on my bill?
A: It will get logged on your bill as: PayPal - UY.

Q: If I purchase/rent a product and send it to my work or friend what will the box say on it?
A: It will arrive in a plain box from: UY.

Q: Why would I want to rent products?
A: In catching unfaithful partners, most are caught in less than 30 days.

Q: When does my 30 day rental period start?
A: All packages are tracked and rental periods start the day after receipt.

Q: When does my 30 day rental period end?
A: Packages need to be received by Unfaithfully Yours within 5 business days after the 30th calendar day of rental.

Q: Can I use any shipping supplier when I return equipment to Unfaithfully Yours?
A: Yes, Unfaithfully Yours uses their preferred shipping supplier, but the customer can use whoever they want when returning products.

Q: Will I be notified of my rental expiration?
A: Customers will receive email notification during the last week of their rental period.

Q: How do I buy my rental device?
A: Customers will receive email notifications during the last week of their rental period and can reply with their interest to buy their device.

Q: If I decide to buy my rental device how do I pay for it?
A: Security deposits will be retained.

Q: Are there any monthly fees?
A: No monthly fees for any of these products.

Q:: Will these products work with foreign languages?
A: Yes, because the Spectorsoft software is more than just a key-logger it is a recorder that records everything done on your computer.

Q: How do I know what key-logging software is best for my home or business?
A: Spector Pro and Spector for MAC’s is best at monitoring one or four computers. Spector Pro is used on PC’s and Spector for MAC’s is used on MAC’s. The eBlaster software is best for monitoring five or more networked PC’s and it’s used heavily in small to medium size businesses.

Q: If I want to monitor more than one computer do I have to buy additional licenses?
A: Yes, and additional licenses are sold at reduced prices.

Q: Will key-logging software work on my computer?
A: Yes, as long as you are running Windows 98 or newer on your PC.

Q: How much disk space does key-logging software require?
A: We recommend 0.5 GB of available hard disk space, which would be enough for one week of recordings before erasing.

Q: How does key-logging software protect my children from Internet pedophiles?
A: Key-logging software can not stop pedophiles from going after your children on the Internet. It provides a great deterrent, and allows you to be aware that such activity has been attempted.

Q: How easy is Spector Pro software to install and use?
A: Spector Pro software is very easy to install and use. Installation should take less than two minutes and automatically begins recording. If you want to customize what the software records, than you can easily change the default settings.

A: The GPS device will come with downloadable software, removable clip, setup instructions and two AAA batteries.

Q: Will GPS Track Stick software work on my computer?
A: Yes, as long as you are running Windows 2000 or newer on your PC.

Q: How long do the batteries last on the Trackstick II and Super Trackstick?
A: On the Trackstick II batteries last 24 hours in full power mode and 5-7 days in low power mode. The Super Trackstick batteries will last more than seven days.

Q: How does GPS tracking my automobile protect my teenager from unsafe driving?
A: GPS Track Stick can not stop automobile accidents from happening. It provides a great deterrent and allows you to be aware of your teens driving because speed, location and length of stops are all recorded.

Q: How does GPS tracking our company vehicles save the company money?
A: If your employees know they are being tracked it will greatly reduce the abuse of your company vehicles. Employees will pay closer attention to the speed limits and use the vehicle for company business only, not personal. Olympus Digital Voice Recorder

Q: What will I receive with my rental?
A: The recorder will come with software for Windows & Macintosh, USB cradle and USB connection cable, two AAA batteries, leather case, earphones, quick start guide and instructions.

Q: Can the recording device get damaged during normal operation?
A: Avoid leaving recorder in locations with direct sunlight, high humidity, sand and dirt.

Q: Can the recording quality be affected during normal operation?
A: Avoid leaving recorder next to cell phones and other wireless equipment and do not leave recorder on top of or near appliances.

Q: How long will the batteries last without turning the voice recorder off?
A: AAA Alkaline batteries will last three days and AAA Lithium batteries will last more than seven days.

Q: Does the recorder make noise while recording?
A: Digital recorders are completely silent when recording?

Q: How good is the sound quality?
A: Digital recording sound quality is excellent, and the digital files can be altered to reduce or block background noise to improve the quality.

Q: What is VCVA?
A: Variable Control Voice Actuator (VCVA) and it means the device will start recording automatically when sound is above the predefined threshold and stop automatically when sound is below the threshold. This greatly improves the battery life and all our digital recorders come with VCVA.

Q: Are here any monthly fees?
A: No monthly fees for any of these products.

Q: What makes one device more expensive than another?
A: Several reasons, a lower priced device will have less points of interest, the display graphics will not be as good, the screen maybe smaller, the battery life may not last as long, and a more expensive device may come with AAA Roadside Assistance.

Q: Do these devices have turn-by-turn voice guidance?
A: Yes, all our GPS Vehicle Navigation products have visual and voice turn-by-turn guidance.

Q: If I select a Point of Interest or address and go someplace else first will the device still work?
A: Yes, the GPS device will recalculate and continue to work properly no matter where you go prior to your destination.
